No. Level your tailoring to 8 and get them the ingame way. Level 8 tailors repairs do not have patches. This is a cheat mod.

Alright so I'm level 8 right now and patched some holes but I still see patched leather strips on my pants

do not patch, do repair. Some items might not be repairable though
