The Fire Chief is responsible for coordinating fire response and other emergency scenarios (sometimes crossing into assisting EMS). This includes hiring/firing fire fighters, training (or appointing a trainer), payroll, and accounting for previous incidents (or implementing procedures to account for previous incidents). If chosen as the Fire Chief, you have the unique opportunity to play a critical role in keeping our citizens safe and reassured of their safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Hiring/Firing Fire Fighters
  • You have the final say over who does or doesn't work for the Fire Department.
  • Open your very own application/hiring process to find qualified fire fighters.
• Training
  • Train fire fighter staff the way you want them to operate out in the field.
  • Don't have the time? Appoint someone to do it all for you.
• Payroll
  • Pay your staff by the hour, or salary, or even with incentives/bonuses.
  • You're also allowed to pay your staff with any combination of payments you'd like.
• Accountability
  • Keep track of and record incidents that happened.
  • Still don't have time? Get your fire fighters to do it all for you after they've finished their call.

I have irl experience with fire rescue i have lead many servers before and am a expert in leading and firefighting. With this experience i believe i am a good fit to lead the FD into being the best department on the server!

How would you manage and operate this department if you were given this role?
#1 Maintain Rosters and Document
#2 Have Set Ranks
#3 have set hours for each enlisted member to make Salerys easy to manage.
#4 Have Rules and documents for everything.
#5 lead as a fellow firefighter not a general.

In roblox I was in a serious server and was made supervisor in the brigade, other than that I have been in numerous fire rescue rps since then.

Describe why you would like to be the Fire Chief and why you think you would be a good fit for the role:
Seeing as not only the position is lacking a person now, I believe I would also be fit because my extensive medical rp in this server already aswell as my fast response times, I believe that accepting me would smooth relations between the fd and the hospital. Thank you

How would you manage and operate this department if you were given this role?
In the start I would ask for help with paychecks and such from the already seemingly organized sheriff's office, and would attempt to run recruitment drives aswell as make sure the bays and department are in proper upkeep.
