Yes its a going to be a perimeter for fencing and then multiple areas that i will construct myself this wont be short term tho it might take like a couple days to build i think but i can do everything

Well if you'll be building it all, then I can approve this. You will need to acquire a build permit though.

Speak with a clerk at the Arrivals Building and they'll ask some questions about the build being carried out. Note: They cost $225.
