Overriding here. This location is ideal for a bookstore which we need and I would like to keep it reserved for someone wanting to open a bookstore. it would also give you two properties right next to the spawn location. Please pick a new location for a grocer.

1. While it is perfect the only person trying to make a book store got denied with nobody else even attempting.
2. It is honestly the only place that isn't way to big or way to small for a grocer that isn't super out of the way.
3. Food in Gigamart is way too expensive and people not part of governmental jobs, especially those starting new businesses, are running low on money and starving (including myself) meaning a grocer takes priorities over the relatively cheap books sold at Gigamart.
